May Club Ride – Green River / Orange Trail System

May’s club ride will be occurring May 16th and 17th in the Green River area. We will be riding the Orange Trail system. Trails both days will be about 80 miles. We will begin staging at 9am, riders meeting at 9:45am, and depart at 10am. Staging will be near the pin at the “concrete slabs” both days at coordinates: 38.97126, -110.12735. There is an array of hotel and RV camping in the Green River area including the Super 8 Hotel.

We will stop at Crystal Geyser on Day 1, head to the old cabin and over to Ruby Ranch. There is a $5 per vehicle charge (cash only), but it’s worth it to be in the shade and cool of the river breeze. We will then head to White Wash Sand Dunes and run the perimeter. If you want to ride on the dunes, you MUST bring an approved dunes flag.
Saturday on Day 2, we take the Solitude Wash route to Dee Pass towards Rainbow Terrace (and possibly Secret Spire). We will cross through the Ten Mile Wash on our way to Rainbow, but we will NOT be driving down the Wash.
Machine RSVP
How many MACHINES (ATV or SXS) will you be bringing? Not the number of total riders, just number of machines so we can plan accordingly.
BBQ RSVP
How many PEOPLE will be attending the after ride BBQ? This is so we can plan accordingly.
The club provides the hamburgers and hotdogs, all we ask is that everyone attending bring something to share with the group.
